Captain black dark very well dried in my dr grabow freehand with some liberty creek Pinot noir to drink. I’ve found drying time VERY crucial for this brand. Thinking of tossing some into a jar with just a hint of rum and let it sit for about three months. And yes, I’m a day drinker being as I work overnights and sleep when most are awake. Cheers!
