Welcome from NC bro! Also don't forget fuente. Their sun grown line of sticks can be had for about 6 bucks and are great. Or just standard padron is also in the 5-6 range. Other great budget sticks:
brickhouse, flor de las Antilles, aj Fernandez new world, man o war ruination, oliva serie V, and Gurkha!

JK about the Gurkha.

Hey guys, I had a Nica Rustica from Drew estate and it may have been my favorite stick so far. Had a Tatuaje Havana VI that was just okay. Also a gran Habano #5 that was okay but very boring to me...not sure if that helps recommendations at all.

In that case, I'd recommend the same as before. The Nica Rustica has that earthiness, like rich soil, with some cocoa and espresso in there too. Try these:
For more earthy stuff, try Roma Craft Intemperance BA XXI, Tatuaje Reservas (J21 and 7th are widely available), Liga Privada T52/No9.
On the Tat side, start with the Tatuaje 7th Reserva. It's going to be a little less pepper, a little more sweetness than the J21. I think right now, Colorado Broad Leaf is going to be your best bet. In addition to the ones I listed above, try:
-Crowned Heads La Imperiosa and Jericho Hill
-Any Liga Privada Unico series
-Any Tatuaje reserva line

Report back after trying some of those!
