Whining About Job Stress

Well as a supervisor of a dispatch center like 911, I luv the Job, luv the work and the people, I to had a screwed up week, Just being supervisor and dealing with my boss's is more stress than dealing with a 911 call or house fire or a Chief given me a ass chewing.... Dealing with Boss's that u have to spoon feed and teach them what they r to do is more Stress than a guy needs to deal with......Ok I'll stop Whining....:hammersma

Im with Donk on this one. Anytime I feel it MIGHT be a stressfull day I just run to the bathroom and look myself in the mirror and say "!!!YOUR FIRED!!!" then I turn around tell the wife Im out and go get my boat wet. Realy, I actualy LOVE what I do for a living. Here look. Dont laugh, the website is still under construction so it is sloppy. This plus consulting MMA fighters and others as well, I have fun....

I took a pay cut to start the job I am at now from the bar, but you know I am happy(ier).. Yes, I believe that you should always be looking, geez I have been here 3 months and my eyes are always open...

Before I left corporate and struck out on my own I had a framed saying in my office: Vaya Con Dinero, for you spanish challenged, Go with The Money. Looking back, not sure this is good advice but it was fun.

I am not planning on going anywhere for at least 1.5-2.5 years, I need to get that resume experience now.. and just build from here

I actually enjoy the stress work causes. It makes the day go by sooooo fast, you can't think of anything other than the project at hand, and at least for me, when the project is complete the feeling of accomplishment is amazing.
