ive had that happen before. i think it depends on how much water you drink and what you eat.A little late tonight (9:00PM), but I'm going to do an hour on the treadmill after I finish this cigar. :cbig:
A little worried about my weight lifting session yesterday. I'm on week 2 for weight lifting, but there is no soreness. Last week my muscles were sore, but not that bad. In the past, the first couple of weeks hurt like hell. I'm thinking my hydration and nutrition is the factor this time around. Then again, what the f**k do I know...lol.
I figured. I'm drinking 7-8 16oz glasses of water plus a 16oz glass of skim milk every day. As far as food, 6-7 small meals everyday. Every small meal has protein, complex carbohydrates, and fruits/vegetables. I'm also stretching everyday...my back hasn't hurt once in the past 3 weeks. Another thing is the booze. I've only had 3 shots of tequila and one Stone IPA over the past 3 weeks.ive had that happen before. i think it depends on how much water you drink and what you eat.
Water, good nutrition, stretching, and sleep will all combat soreness. You are on a hell of a path - keep it up!I figured. Are you using creatine?I have been trying to get down to about 200. I am 6'0" 215 right now. I started at 225 at the beginning of the year. I have been going to the gym as much as I can and eating smaller portions. I was down to about 206 but i started to hit the weights heavier and i gained 9 pounds over the last few weeks. I thiink it is just muscle because I am looking better.
I've been leading ol'what'shername deeper and deeper beyond the black stump - she keeps finding her way back - thinks it's great sport - sheilas ~:0)I lost about 15 lbs. in 2009, but I was still fat (From 270 down to 255). In 2010 I'm going to lose 55+ lbs. That will get me down to 200. At 6'2, that is a good weight for me. The first two weeks of exercising was kind of difficult, but at the end of the third week I'm back to being addicted.
What are you guys doing to lose the weight?
