Women in the Smoking Lounge

I think you have things mixed up. The link posted was to the smokinghotcigarchick.com. Her name is Teresa, has never run any shops. She was in Nicaragua on my last trip down with our group. She was not annoying in person, but her blogs annoy the shit out of me. And she needs a cheeseburger or 3.

I like to see women in the lounge smoking cigars. Most women who have come into the lounges jumped in on our conversations no matter how crude and were fun to have around. We have had a few comment, but if they can't take the heat they should not get into the fire.

We have one that frequents our B&M. Very attractive young lady; seemed nice, and all that as well.

After a while, became apparent that she was packing a lot of crazy behind a cute smile and chatting up the regulars became her surrogate for therapy. She's persona non grata now, and it's really too bad.

I could care less if a woman is in the lounge or not as long as she doesn't expect me to be any different than I am when it's all guys or feels she should be treated differently because she's a woman. The language is going to remain coarse (okay, foul), the sports are going to stay on the TV, the scotch will flow and I'm still going to be just as opinonated as I am. If she can handle it, she's free to jump on in and hang out. Can't handle it? Don't know what to tell ya other than, "Bye and have a nice day."

One of our cigar reps is a woman and she can hang with the guys pretty well and probably better than some of the guys.

I have only seen a couple of women in lounges actually smoking a cigar but I know they're out there. A gal that does the same job I do in another school district was my golf partner at a conference last fall and she smoked one with me during the game, said she likes them but doesn't smoke them much because she gets so many negative comments from others. A good friend of mine in Florida likes them too, she shared a couple with me when we were down there during Christmas break on vacation. My wife won't smoke one, doesn't like the smell of most cigars.

I've had more compliments from women that say things like "that smells so good, it reminds me of my dad/uncle/grandfather".

There are women in our lounge all of the time. They are some serious cigar smokers. Kinda nice to see.

I don't frequently see women in cigar lounges but in all fairness I don't go into them myself very often.
Personally, I'm a lot less concerned with the gender or age or anything else of a lounge's patrons then I am the atmosphere.

Women in cigar lounges are a welcome addition... I think labelling them as smoking flavored cigars only may be inaccurate.
