sometimes our customers bring us food, that's nice

donuts, pizza, cake.. etc. nothing like an awesome fuente sampler though

I voted "Other" because I'm a federal goobermint employee...and our office deals in regulatory enforcement. We get ethics refresher training every year, covering the dos and don'ts of accepting gifts and other situations that might present a conflict of interest...or perception thereof.

Gifts from coworkers are almost never a problem unless there's some kind of manager/subordinate relationship. Then, they must be of nominal value, create no appearance of favoritism or impropriety, etc.

We can accept gifts, but I never get any. They used to be fairly common in this industry, but not anymore. They still can be with certain types of accounts, but I'm not willing to deal with those accounts just to get the gifts. lol.

We just got a huge tin of Mrs. Fields cookies from an agency that we use. Food is always a way for me to keep using your business :rofl:

We got a high end chocolate basket from one of our Finance companies today. I opened, put it on the "round table" turned around and it was attacked by a pack of wolves. Gone in 15 minutes.
