Received another small lot of estate pipes to restore. What caught my eye was the 1986 Savinelli Autograph and the Ben Wade Ovation.

@jsnake that's actually their "Collection" Pipe of the Year series. Some cool stuff in that line, but an expensive collection to start!
I really like the 2010 edition.

Thanks for the info! Saved me some research time. You wouldn't believe how difficult it is to find some information on pipes even with today's technology.

I'll have to look around. I might have a document laying out the first 30 years or so that I can pass along to you. I believe they started in 1983, though, so you've got one of the earlier ones!

I received confirmation of shipment last night. They have already fulfilled the order and appear to be sending a duplicate, without a second charge. It appears their system is fubar at the moment. You may have to call them.
