DE MUWAT Baitfish?

So I know JD said some time ago about them coming out with a corona version of the MUWAT called the baitfish. He said they had a tentative target of October or November for them as well. Haven't heard anything about them in a while though.

Ive tried the MUWAT and I really like, so I'm excited to try a new one and I am always excited to try anything that comes from DE really. Also with it getting colder a nice corona would be a good choice for those of use that don't smoke in the house. As much as I love Dirty Rats, they're not something I can smoke a ton of solely from a financial aspect.

So any ideas on when we could see the Bait Fish? I know the MUWATs just hit stores so they're maybe a bit behind I would imagine.

btw, a smaller MUWAT sounds pretty good. But can you really call it an Uzi, weighing a ton?? What about a 8oz Pea Shooter?

That's awesome. Last I heard these were supposed to be full vs medium? Not that it matters all that much, since the originals great. Will it be somewhat regular production or a limited run? I just need to know if I need to grab what I can when they come out?

Hello Fellaz and FellaZettes.

Waiting on factory information right now on the SHIP DATES for MUWAT "BAIT FISH", which is a 4x44 in the MUWAT "EF" Collection. The EF represents Fuerte due to the increase in strength from the other BAIT FISH blends that we worked on AND the regular 60 RG collection that the brand is released in.

Please remember that the MUWAT brand itself, as originally released, is supposed to be truly medium bodied (seems to be a bit over medium). So when we began working on the BAIT FISH samples the blend was tweaked up from the beginning, to "M" and "F". The finished blend that was selected was the F, so I thought it would be logical to call this SPECIAL, EXCLUSIVE selection "EF" cause its got Extra from the Original MUWAT.

As I was introduced to Dan at NHC at this year's IPCPR we were able to spend a little while getting to know each other a bit better. I have been watching him as a truly passionate retailer and one that prides himself on good quality, special cigars in a boutique environment - I offered Dan the Exclusive for BAIT FISH. He seemed pretty jazzed about the concept, and we began to review blends.

I'm looking forward to the introduction of the 4x44 into the MUWAT line just as the weather gets cold. It should be 30 to 40 minutes of happiness for the people in the freezing areas. I hope that some of you guys enjoy them.

And BTW - Whodeeni got it right and I will quote him:

Hah +1 for that! Reality hits when you have to scrape the windshield in the morning. I'm hoping to try one of these someday, the size sounds right up my alley!
