While not really bad, the tat la casita criola and wolfman were both disappointing.
I agree whole-heartedly. Unsmokable for me. Also, Viaje Chiquitos tasted like hay. Huge letdown. A great year overall, however.Illusione 88 maduro. Or any of the Illusione Maduros really. Just was completely let down by them. Maybe my love of everything else from Illusione set the bar too high.
+1 on the Casa Miranda, very disappointed.I second the Tatuaje La Casita Crillo. I am a big CBL fan, but to much of one thing is not always a good thing. I also thought the Casa Miranda was pretty damn awful. Was not pleased by it at all.
Though I'm with you on loving them, I'm not surprised that some people disliked them--they have a very unique flavor! REALLY dirty, charred meat, and some sweet cocoa, and more dirt. It's not for everyone.WOW, no love for Tat LCC. Fair enough. I guess it is a cigar that you either love or hate.
I personally loved them.
Wow, i'm really glad you said charred meat. every time i smoke this cigar i think meaty but feel stupid for saying so.Though I'm with you on loving them, I'm not surprised that some people disliked them--they have a very unique flavor! The first one I had I was like "wow, that's different, I don't know...". But they have grown into a favorite, especially the spicy corona!
That's the one. I pitched it within the first inch as well. I still can't see why people are all over the Quesadillas.I have to say the Quesada Oktoberfest. I was looking forward to it, as I enjoy most of their cigars....especially the Espana.
I MU'd that Oktoberfest less than an inch in.
