This is kind of embarrassing. I was smoking a Punch Gran Puro last night, and afterwards, I got lightheaded, and eventually, I threw up. Never happened to me before. I've smoked those same cigars also with no negative effects. What might have caused this?

LOL.....dude, you threw up?

Ok just messing with ya. I'm a big wussy when it comes to high nicotine smokes. Prevention is always better than cure. So Eat first, and fill your belly. Drink something as you smoke. If you do get Nic Sic, a couple of spoon fulls of sugar will stop it in a matter of minutes

i keep a stash of ginger ale on hand. sugar fix to balance things out, and pairs fairly well with a lot of smokes. ale8 one is the kentucky fave, and a lot milder than most.

Maybe not enough water. I ate dinner a bit before I went outside. I usually drink water while I smoke.
Maybe I did have too much nicotine. It was a pretty big stick. Thanks for the advice guys.

I don't mean this to be rude but switch to CCs and forget about water, sugar food etc. or keep smoking Nic bombs and make sure all the things above are taken as precautions.

Joke, right? Or don't you smoke Bolis?
The strongest Bolis and Parties still dont compare to some of or should I say most of the Nic bombs coming out. It's why I'm smoking less and less NCs and why I would gather many others are as well.

I would say that the strongest Nics are stronger than Bolis and Parties, absolutely.
But those "Nic bombs" you refer to are poorly blended and unbalanced, IMHO. A nice, balanced smoke like a T52 or many of Pete's smokes are enjoyable, to say the least.

I haven't bought any CC's in years because I am enjoying the heck out of so many great releases from Nic, via the great cigar makers, and trying to avoid the bombs, as I don't like them either.

I would also add most/many of the boutique brands (Nica) are rushing product too fast to market now days and Cuba is more approachable rott lately. (This includes my beloved brands) I wish I had a dollar for every Nic review stating, "They seem enjoyable now but should be much more approachable and much more balanced in six months".
