I think AL. will win this go around its hard to beat a team of the caliber that both of these teams are twice in a season. Also I guarantee that old Nick has studied LSU in and out since that game.

If I was betting, my money would be on Bama. Teams are obviously fairly closely matched, but I like Saban over Miles with a month + to prepare.

I think LSU takes it again. If there's any season where a playoff is needed its this one! If Bama wins, they'll be 12-1 with one loss to LSU, but LSU will be 13-1 with one loss to Bama, but Bama will be "crowned" the national champion?!?! Doesn't seem right. I would have liked to see what Ok St. (or even Stanford, hell even Houston) could do against either LSU or Bama. I sincerely hope I see a playoff in major college football in my lifetime...

It will definitely be a good game, but hard to beat yesterday's games! I will go LSU again but coming down to the end.

If Alabama wins a close game, I would expect the AP poll to keep LSU #1 and create a USC/LSU scenario from 2003 or 2004.
You're probably right. That's the exact thing the BCS was created to eliminate though. It's a broken system & it needs fixed. Even doing a "plus one" type of thing is better than nothing, I guess.

Agreed. I feel like after this current BCS contract runs out (2017 I think) there will be movement to something other than status quo.
