Tried that Pike IPA last week in Seattle. It was pretty good. All of them are brewed within 100 miles of my house except for the German Hefeweizen. I also had to treat myself to the beautiful .5L Hofbräu Munich glass since I have wanted one forever after visiting it.
Nice! I had a bottle of the regular stuff recently and enjoyed it. Love sour beers.Picked up a bottle of the now retired Rodenbach 2008 Vintage Oak Aged Ale (Barrel No. 96).
I've heard great things abou this beer.
You picked one of the best JPs to try in my opinion. Also, you are very lucky that you can pick up the Cascade beers so easily. I love those, but have only had them a couple times when on the left coast.Another day off (thankfully, considering I felt like ass).....another beer run.
Mostly mine, although the two local sours are for a BOTL here who's been looking for em' :tiphat:
Never seen the Jolly Pumpkin stuff here, so figured I'd grab one and see how they are.
I enjoy them as a change-up every now and then. You like sours and/or wild ales James (fitze55)?
What, no Seattle roll-call??? :disappoinTried that Pike IPA last week in Seattle. It was pretty good.
