Maybe the baristas are packin' more than just espresso these days?? :dunno:pardon the ignorance on this, but why are anti-gun people boycotting Evil Coffe Giant INC? no clue what the connection may be.
The anti gunners want Starbucks to ban guns in stores. Starbucks has always said they are not taking one side over another. Starbucks says that the customers should just follow the state law. So, here in OH, I can CCW or open carry in the stores. :thumbsup:pardon the ignorance on this, but why are anti-gun people boycotting Evil Coffe Giant INC? no clue what the connection may be.

I stopped by Starbucks this morning and bought a Carmel Apple Spice and a piece of cinnamon swirl coffee cake.
Call it a coincidence, but anti-gun people are most always anti-rights (though, most of them don't realize it)so... the anti-gun people are actively trying to infringe on a business's right to decide how they want to operate? huh.
setting aside coffee prejudices and getting a quad espresso today on principle.
Careful of your phrasing. Everyone in there is packing today!...Grabbing a Venti Carmel Machiato with two extra shots.
I'm not scared.. I carry everyday. lolCareful of your phrasing. Everyone in there is packing today!

[sarcasm on] Yeah, I am counting my blessings. I went in there today and I didn't get shot. I am surprised. So many guns on the street! Oh teh noez!!!! [/sarcasm off] :hystericaCareful of your phrasing. Everyone in there is packing today!

Spot on with that statement!Call it a coincidence, but anti-gun people are most always anti-rights (though, most of them don't realize it)
^^^^ And that is what they should do! Follow state laws, thats what they are in place for. Asking them to have some special agenda based on your views seems really off base to me?Starbucks says that the customers should just follow the state law.
Would normally agree but the build up of this has been out and about for a bit...You silly naive noobs... this is all a Starbucks marketing ploy and reading how many of you are going to Starbucks today to show support (that normally don't like Starbucks), sounds like it's working!
