We had a Woman come to the Habanos Festival this year. She is a regular smoker with tendancies towards bolivars. If someone is there for cigars and not scared away from sometimes not so well behaved conversation they are more then welcome in the lounge. Posted via Mobile Device
Lindsay happens to be very highly respected bu those in the industry. She happens to be a really cool chick who knows more about cigars and the industry than you will ever. Best to say nothing when you don't know!
First, do you know how much ribby does or does not know about cigars? Second, none of what you stated even addressed his opinion about her being not very good looking, or annoying.
How's he qualifying his opinion of her? Based off of reading her blog posts and seeing a picture on the net? Real informed! Can you justify his post that she's annoying? Do you know her? I can justify that Lindsay has run some of the biggest shops in NY and I know as a fact who she's friends with and who respects her opinions. Can you or Ribby do the same?

I think you have things mixed up. The link posted was to the smokinghotcigarchick.com. Her name is Teresa, has never run any shops. She was in Nicaragua on my last trip down with our group. She was not annoying in person, but her blogs annoy the shit out of me. And she needs a cheeseburger or 3.

I love seeing women smoke cigars, especially if they're actual cigars and not some chocolate, java, strawberry whatever cigar. Seeing them in a lounge is also very cool. I just wish they were single!!

Thanks for the defense guys...but yes I was talking about the chick that needs to eat a cheeseburger or 4. That said, she comes off as arrogant and annoying in my opinion from her videos.

And both of these women aren't very attractive.
To the point of the article, I don't mind women in the lounge, however, when I go to the lounge I am usually there to watch sports, BS with the guys, etc. If they don't mind the crude humor, language, etc. it is all good.

My wife doesn't smoke cigars. But she doesn't have a problem with me smoking cigars in the house and she'll go to the B&M with me and hang out while I smoke cigars.

Didn't mean to stir up any mess with posting Teresa's link. In my experience, when my wife accompanies me to the cigar lounge, she is often embarrassed/ annoyed because most of the guys are talking quite poorly of women and what-not. My wife actually prefers the heavier cigars than to the flavored stuff. But I do know a lot of females who think Acids are the best cigar around. Just my observations....
