I'm starting early today. I decided to taste the Belgian Dubbel I made in Jan and bottled two weeks ago. Goddamn it's good. I'm glad I'm sending this to the National Homebrew Competition. The yeast I used is what made it good, it wasn't me. This beer is fantastic. I don't say that much about my own stuff, but goddamn this beer has shaped up to be very impressive.

Agreed...good beer...was a staple all last winter for me.

Founders Imperial Stout tonight...had a crooked tree IPA at dinner...much better on tap than bottle imo.

It's a fantastic beer. Reminds me of a less boozy Hopslam.
