I never had Pastis. Sounds like a French version of Sambuca only yellow. Is it as syrupy as sambuca?

avery mephistopheles is one of my favorites, had one last weekend in a big tulip glass, sipped on it for an hour
sn harvest is everywhere and I've been buying tons of it, nice refreshing summer beer.
and last but not least I see the long trail peeking through, have not had long trail since i left VT with my undergrad (opps, picked sum long trail double bag up in CT last year, but thats been all)
Boo you suck :drool: The closest store to me that gets 120 minute is 40 minutes away and they have a 1 bottle limit and it always sells out within 24 hours. :frownno: This shipment I am going to be on my game and finally score one.

This is the first time in 2 years I have been able to buy it locally and I was on a mission. Between 4 shops I scored 6 with some help. Plan on saving it for moving day and setting a couple aside to see how it ages.
