Totally in love with the new RC Sands pipe I picked up today! Made from 50+ year old briar, fits in my hand perfectly & has a huge bowl size. The breaking in begins tonight.
Nice, i prefer a pipe that fits my hand over it looking all fancy and carved, one of the problems with buying online.

Thanks, AW. Yeah, I went back & forth on a couple different ones before deciding on that one. It's seriously like its made for my hand. The other RC Sands pipe I have is by far my favorite & I bet this one will take its place in no time. Everyone tells me that they're just flat out really good smokers & I have to agree.

left to right, G.G. poker, R.C. sands rushing dublin, and Mr. Brog amigo.
the G.G. and Mr. Brog are eastern european, the former in briar, the latter in pear wood. they will likely need to be refinished eventually, but they smoke amazingly. the sands (at your endorsement) is a lot smaller than i thought, but it does feel very well, and the first smoke was beautiful.
and the exotique is pretty yummy, but wet as hell out of the tin.
