BenRiach 15 year old Madeira
How is maderia in general? I like port and have been branching out with other types of fortified or high abv type wines. I cannot say I've had any maderia and I wouldn't necessarily know what to look for so I ended up with a good representation. I live in PA so my liquor stores are state controlled and considering that maderia isn't exactly the most popular of wines I don't want to end up with something that's better for cooking than drinking.

I think this weekend I'll be popping the cork on a bottle of Fondillion Alicante. Never had it and might not ever have it again. It was a 100% impulse purchase on the state's online website because it was $23/btl and I was ordering port at the time. Come to find out it's like $75/btl and someone must have made a mistake. http://catavino.net/fondillon-a-very-unique-style-of-sweet-spanish-wine-from-alicante/

Picked this dusty bottle up at a hole in the wall store! This stuff rocks!!!!! Got it for $100 which it usually retails at $130; thought it was a good buy especially since it is discontinued!
