Also do you age them with the cello and cedar sleeve?
A lot of guys remove the cedar sleeve because they can be susceptible to mold. Also do you age them with the cello and cedar sleeve?

Nice choice on the 46, they're really good. Go buy more if you can get them at msrp, you won't regret it. Try to save a few to rest until next year.
Truth. And years. Older the better in my experienceA lot of guys remove the cedar sleeve because they can be susceptible to mold. Also do you age them with the cello and cedar sleeve?
I like this idea! Saving them is the hard part for me.If you've not had one just smoke it. If you enjoy it get some more. Smoke one a year til you run out. Then you'll know how you like them. I'm not patient enough to age them long...though I have been sitting on some sharks for a while now...dang it, now I have to forget that I have those...quick!

I'm a huge fan of the anejo. But I'm just the opposite. I love them aged even more than what they already are. Don't get me wrong they are great "fresh" but i smoked one that was from 2008 and it was by far the best anejo I've ever had.I actually prefer them fresh. They are a fantastic smoke. The only one I love as much as the Anejo is the Don Carlos. That is a whole other thread though but yeah smoke that baby!
