So it was only a matter that I would graduate from my wrapper remixes and start reblending cigars. I'll probably buy some loose leaf eventually but I'm just going to use my existing cigars. My custom mold came in today and I think I'm going to fall in love with it. It's 6 x 44. Just about the right size for me. Having no experience with filler and binders, this experiment will be ongoing. Hopefully I'll figure out the rolling part sooner rather than later.

My first project was a busted up UF-4. I deconstructed it and made two Coronas out of it with Anejo wrappers on both. Next project will be mixing the Goldie No. 5 with LFDC Grandiosos. That sounds like a dream cigar to me :)

Looks great. Would be cool to see a time laps of you making some. I also would be interested in one of your creations some day.

Definitely takes some talent, practice and steady hands to roll those cigars... very cool of you to get some molds and do what you're doing! Was one of the more memorable parts of our BOTL trip to the My Father factory was all of us rolling a cigar sitting at Pepin or Jaime's rolling table and rolling a cigar while they watched. Then Pepin judged all our cigars and picked a winner. Needless to say it wasn't me. LOL

Good luck in the adventure bro!

That's awesome man. I wish I was able to play around with changing wrappers let alone that!

Also is that picture of your first cigar the messed up UF-4 with the Anejo wrapper? It looks like you did a great job!

Sweet Eddie. That's some hard ass maple you got there. Did you just throw the router bit out afterwards? Certainly not to take away from Eddie's beautiful molds but fellas, don't doubt yourselves. Give it a try if it interests you. Building stuff can be very rewarding, even if it isn't perfect. So... When are the shadowcam custom rolls going on sale? Lol

Could be a great weekend business. I have seen cigar rollers at motorcycle and car shows, wedding receptions and other parties. if you enjoy doing it, why not practice and make a few extra bucks at the same time.
