I recently opened a sealed box of Four Kicks that had been sitting in my humidor since the day of release and they were moldy. I was mesmerized with what I saw when the box was opened. I emailed Jon Huber asking if they could be be brought back to life and he confirmed my suspicions that they were done. He offered to make it up to me and I cannot begin to express how grateful I am. I cannot say enough good things about Jon Huber as he provided me with superior personalized customer service that will not be forgotten. If you have not given Crowned Heads a try you should as they provide a great stick and good old fashion customer service that many others have forgotten.
