Hey brothers,
My wife and I are at the point in our lives where we are looking for a house, we have established that we don't want to live in NYC (5 boroughs) and probably can't afford the property taxes in long island so the next best thing for a more bang for your buck per say would be upstate. Do any of you live upstate and can shed any light on living conditions up there? Prices? taxes? Schools? of course good B&M's
We are looking for houses that aren't on top of each like the city but aren't spaced out where my neighbor is 5 gazillion miles away.. but also aren't 700,000 houses if you feel my drift?
Also if you have some real estate agents to recommend throw them out I'll give them a buzz see what they got!
