that tiny deck would be PERFECT for me...

90% of the time its just me, the wife, and the two yard monsters (german shepherds) just hanging out on the back patio in the evenings.. drinking coffee, smoking a cigar, and studying (blech!).. cozy/small would be perfect..

assuming you also have a little patio or somewhere else to put the grill, and all other necessary back yard implements?

We've got a reasonably good sized back patio.. about 12x30... but.. Ive been thinking about adding in a small elevated deck.. screened in with a roof.. maybe just 12x12... to give some additional seating space when we have guests over.. and give us somewhere kind of cozy when its just the two of us.. and also keep the bugs out and sun off my head..

We have a screened in porch right next to the tiny deck, so I'm not sure which one will be used more for smoking. I'd like to get some speakers outside soon though for music! It's great though, sits on almost a full acre, backs up to a creek. It's just secluded enough. I'm happy, and the wife is thrilled, which makes me even happier.
