Try and Try again I will get one I have seen some there that were not my cup of tea almost bought, however I don't want to buy one and not like it to say I have one.... Yeah. Bought it today. Another pipe for hunting...well hunting animals & birds that don't rely on their sense of smell to stay off the dinner plate.

So you know your in trouble when you go to your door to find something you bought. You open it up and then you wonder why. How about 4 Packages of 7 each of Cobs. What was I thinking? It is ok cracked open a package and check out the first one. I was like hummm could be a issue to smoke that one, Set it aside and grab another one. Looks very well put together. Pull the stem out and look down the shank, think humm it will smoke.... Only a .6 of an inch bowl around. Kind of small, About the same size as a real MM mini bowl this one is just deeper. I pack the bowl with some Captain Black (White) give it a light. This pipe smokes wonderful.

Why? Well it is that time of year when i will be in the Shop working on motors on the Farm Equip and last thing I really want to do is get a Good Meer, Briar or Cob dirty nasty with Oil. If it falls and breaks oh well. If one of my better pipes fell and broke. I may need to buy a new motor too LOL. Heck one of these breaks, gets dirty, or anything that would just plain upset me with any other pipe. (Wouldn't Matter) String me up I know.

Yeah, I was fortunate to meet someone on a pipe forum from Germany who was willing to help out. Smells very different. Will hopefully be smoking some this afternoon so long as the rain stays away. Been waiting for this for a while so here's hoping it supercedes expectations.

Nice looking order there. If you haven't smoked the Dunhill de Luxe or Eliz. They can pack a punch. Don't know the rest. Let me know what your idea of Tin note when you open the Blackwoods? Would be interested in what you think it smells like. Not sure if age has much to do with what I think mine smells like LOL.
