I do see the possible urgency to get a unit that also regulates temperature; but I would assume that he keeps his house at a comfortable temp, which would mean the relative temp inside any humi would be fine as well. Maybe I am wrong, but just seems like an awful lot 'o cash!

Mike, do you think I'd be fine with the 1200? I don't want to go too small and then be sorry. I have the wine cooler full now!I have an Avallo 1200.....all I can say Randy is I have not had one single problem with it and I am totally happy with it. I think the size is more than adequate.
