The Zacapa 23 is nice. A few cubes of ice really opens up some great caramel flavors. If you like to drink them neat try Ron Zacapa Solara 23. If you like them neat and cheap try Bacardi Oak heart. The Bacardi is a little on the sweet side but tasty.
I just leave the bottle in the fridge. But my local B&M has Ice globes. That's a nice way to drink it. One big chunk of ice that melts slowly. The Zacapa 23 is nice. A few cubes of ice really opens up some great caramel flavors.
I have a humidor full of Cubans and Padrons, but I would really like to try a great infused stick, what would you guys recommend?I have a great cabinet of bourbon and scotch but I would really like to try a great aged rum. What are your recommendations?
A couple of big box stores carry it here. Bevmo and Total Wine and more. I don't know if that helps. Is this zacapa so etching that is carried at most package stores, don't think I've ever seen it. All I know is I told an excoworker I enjoyed rum and he suggested Appleton estate.......man that stuff was diesel fuel. Aaahhhhhhhh....can we get Havana club now?
Kind of figures. Out here we see bourbon on the end caps at the grocery stores. In VA total wine is strictly and wine and overly humidified cigars where Fuentes sit next to acids mmmmmmmmmm
