PCs jump around a little in RG but most are about 5 inches. RG swings from 38 on some to 44 on others.

D/FW. Mesquite to be specific.
Here's today's.
The San Lotano Maduro from AJF
This is one beautiful cigar. Nicely packed, dark, toothy wrapper, with a nice pigtail.
The pre light aroma is a nice tobacco and cocoa.

It had a perfect draw after cutting it, and despite very little foot smoke it had great smoke production with every draw. The burn line was perfect the whole way down. I got a nice leather, cocoa, and earthy flavor in the forefront, with some mild black pepper in the back. The flavor stayed consistent the whole way through, which I had no issue with because it suits my palette. This was significantly better than the padilla from last night, and would gladly smoke again.

Buddha approved! And say hello to my new bird, now just to try and tame this little shithead.

CyB TAA 2014 lance this morning. A nice Holy Lance with scotch now. A great day all in all.

Almost forgot, this was suppose to come with a mini review. So onward...

This particular Holy Lance was a 2012 model, and burned very well start to finish.
Dominant flavors of wood, cocoa, and a bit of leather.
But the favorite part for me was the smoke output..I am a huge sucker for big gobs of smoke. Love watching it roll of the foot and twist and dance in the air. And NO, that's not the Scotch talking. That wore off some time ago.

For those not sure of what Im talking about, looky here..

Watching the smoke between puffs just relaxes me in a very soothing way. Call me crazy, it's ok, I'm good with it.

Day 1: Lost City
Day 2: Fausto
Day 3: La Riqueza
Day 4: Cabaiguan Guapos
Day 5: La Casita Criolla
Day 6: Tat Red
Day 7: Tat Brown

Now this is a lancero. Brilliant flavor from the get-go, and despite major wrapper issue at the foot and 2/3 mark (it's a freebie from a floor sample at the B&M -- thanks Adam!) it's burning like a champ. Which is to say, as perfect as the rest of the Tat sampler sticks.

Chewy, sweet smoke, that smooth brown profile-- when will Pete Johnson do a Reserva lancero, by the way? I could take a PCR that was 7 1/2" right to the bank!

It's a close call, but I'm slotting this just *behind* the Ricky. Looking forward to seeing how the full Tat Black, which will be my first, fares.

Ranked top to bottom thus far:

Lost City
La Riqueza
Tat Brown
La Casita Criolla
Cabaiguan Guapos
Tat red
Fausto

#2 today

Day 1: Lost City
Day 2: Fausto
Day 3: La Riqueza
Day 4: Cabaiguan Guapos
Day 5: La Casita Criolla
Day 6: Tat Red
Day 7: Tat Brown, 7-20-4

Slightly irregular, oval shaped roll. Medium brown wrapper with no seams. The cedar aroma and flavor are still right on top of this stick even though I removed the cedar wrap months ago. I was bombed this at least 6 months ago, so no idea on the age but it's smooth. My first 7-20-4 of any vitola and I'm impressed for this price point.

One weird note: it plugged up for a minute about half way through, then unplugged itself after it burned through it. Never seen that before.

Moving this one up a notch past the Tat brown. So good.
