I have a buddy who's brother is in the liquor business. He's going to look for a winecooler for me to convert over. I'm not too picky on what I get. I want to make it into a wineador. I want to tell him in the simplest way of what to keep a look out on for me. What would you guys recommend? How would you phrase it for someone that has little if no idea on what's going on lol

Look for the biggest possible. And thermoelectric unless you don't want the cooking capabilities.

But if you don't want the cooling any fridge will do. Even a full size fridge.

Scratch and dent or used is good. Often people buy it and don't use it so its possible to get very good used ones.

Its a fun project!

For my needs, I am using a frigidaire 8 bottle. I can put 2 drawers and a shelf easily but to stay on the cheap, you could just use empty boxes. These can be picked up for next to nothing on Craigslist. I got mine for $15 from someone trying to sell it for 50. Also,if ou see one you like, offer them half or lower of what they posted, they will always respond with what they really want for it.

thanks for the pic! That would be perfect size for me. If I can get bigger ill take it but I don't keep a lot of stock. only about 50 sticks or so if that...for now
