Saisons aren't really high ABV for aging are they?

This one is an imperial, it's 10.5ABV

At my favorite local brewery, The Beer Research Institute. Dropped off a few bottles of my Brett ipa to the owner/my buddy in hopes he wants to brew it. Had their dry hopped saison called intergalactic, 7.7abv


Then their Mosaic wheat Mo' Wheat which is probably the best wheat beer I've ever had.


Love their sign too. Place is legit

When do they bottle this beer? I need to schedule a trip to the beer distributor in advance.

I'm not really sure but I have a couple bottle shops that offer Bourbon County stuff on black friday as well as a couple other times each year.
