In Jacksonville, FL for the holidays last weekend I stopped by Total Wine in Town Center.
The place is massive and after looking around for a good while these 3 beauties were on the lowest shelf kinda pigeonholed.
Super excited I grabbed all three. Amazingly enough not only were the bottles from Dec 2012 but they had to have been mis-priced at $12.99 each. Hell, I usually pay 13.99 for 375's of OG and $24.99 for 750's.

"Ice". They make them from metal and from stone to put in the freezer and it keeps your drink cold for a bit without watering it down like real ice would

@plumber1965, you said that you weren't aware of Texas made Whiskey. Garrison Brothers, Rebecca Creek, and TX Whiskey are 3 that come to mind. I haven't had Rebecca Creek yet, but hear that it is outstanding! You really should try some of these (even though they can be pricey). Let me know if you can't find any, and I'm sure some will magically appear :woot:
