Plastic canvas mesh

Just stumbled upon something I've been looking for for a long time. For all you DIY'ers on here, have yourself a ball.

This is called plastic canvas mesh. Readily available at your local Joann's or other fabric/craft store for less than a dollar. It is clear, flexible, sturdy, and the perforations are perfect for beads.

Not sure just how I'm gonna apply this material but being a woodturner I have some ideas in mind for tubes. Could definitely be used as just a lid on a small box as well. Easily cut with a sturdy pair of shears.

Yup. There are a number of brothers here that have filled slide-top cigar coffins with KL/beads and used this to replace the top. Looks pretty slick!

2nd the plastic mesh. I filled boxes with kitty litter & just stapled the plastic mesh on top. Works great in my wineador.

@Monsterdg 7 years and I'm still learning new ideas! Ty bro. I already use it in the coffins in the desktops. But some extra boxes will now be getting mesh!
