Right now, this is about the only place for it. I've mentioned briefly before that I'm staying with my mom and that my wife is in the Air Force in Korea. I should clarify.Mine's similar. An 18-tall. ( 2wide x9 hi bottle spec ) Have you considered putting it on a little cabinet? Gets it off the floor, which you will find easier to view and selecting your treasure. Less Dust, ( or easier to manage, anyway ) The cabinet can store eccentrics, makes more room in the wineador.
but you probably already know this......
I got into a car accident last December. I was hit and run by a minivan. I managed to get plates but didn't matter, she had no insurance. Either way, I tore several ligaments in my wrist and a surgery was required. This all happened after my wife accepted orders to be away for a year. Heck, we didn't realize I needed surgery until a month before she left. (don't get me started on how the doc refused to get me an MRI until I went through physical therapy)
So I had to find a way to care for my 2 year old while I recovered. I couldn't afford to hire a full time nanny do I was left with family being the only option. I had to move out of our rented home in Albuquerque, last minute with a busted wrist mind you, and I had to move into my mother's small house so that she and my other family members could help care for him.
I'm sorry, did I ramble? That is why the only place I have for my new wineador is the floor. Shoot, my cigars are currently sitting in a Pelican case rested on a kitchen chair.
So, all that said, I wish I could. I'll definitely keep that in mind when I get to wherever I may end up next.
