Today I'm enjoying the Brazilian beans @Wicket dropped on me. These are downright outstanding for my tastes. Hints of caramel and a little earth but smooth as silk. Would make a perfect coffee for cigar pairing imo
I agree the Brazilian and Mexican beans have been great with cigars. Only hope the ISOM beans are as good when the arrive

There is a place here in Virginia called Strange Coffee Company. The kids got me some whole bean for my birthday in November. The Brazil Bob-o-link was good. The Pub Blend was real good. I recently ordered their Ghost Roast, which is for $25 they send four 5oz bags of something current. It arrived today. My son noticed one of the bags says the roast date was yesterday. When I check the box, sure enough, they sent it Priority Mail 1 Day. I was surprised. Can't wait to try these.

I personally buy all my green beans from Sweet Marias and roast them myself.

I usually prefer beans from Ethiopia. Our own Black Dog is the guy who got me into roasting my own. If you don't have time to roast your own...you have to try Brian's at Black Dog. Wonderful.
We bought our first Roaster from that company (Behmor), its the same roaster we learned the craft on and now have upgraded to a 2LB $4300 Commercial shop Roaster. (I co-own a small café - specialty coffee roaster).

I promise I'm not trying to plug my own company... its all I ever drink. Ever hear the expression "Never get high on your own supply? Guilty as charged!! One of the plus sides of owning a specialty coffee roaster & Café; lots a fresh great coffee.
FYI: I realize the typo (bring not being :banghead:, we fixed it before it went to market (I nearly had a heart attack lol)

Darn'. I kept thinking there was someone on here I wanted to buy from next time, but couldn't remember. I'll try to keep it in mind and check yours out when this runs down. I think all this grey hair is pushing out my grey matter.

Folgers Colombian, certainly not the best, but the price is right for as much as we drink. I really like Cafe Bustello as well.
