@Tennessee Dave Thanks for the Intel......One of my favorites. One of the best bourbon barrel beers out there IMHO.

Oh I've had it before lol. The Intel was for me for you.......@jolietilfire Lots of vanilla and believe it or not. I like it just as well as GI Bourbon County Stout though it is quite a bit lighter in body.
Very nice beer, very nice cigar. What a pity they clash so strongly. I love sours, but I'm resigned to the fact that I can't enjoy a smoke with them. Your mileage may vary. The Bruery Sour in the Rye.
This was the first sour I've ever had. I like Ballast point grapefruit sculpin and thought it would be like that. I only drank that one then switched.Very nice beer, very nice cigar. For what it's worth, that sour is about as sour as I've ever had. The barrel-aged ones are a bit more palate-friendly. I didn't care for the sours at all when I first tried, but now it's one of my favorite styles. This was the first sour I've ever had. As far as the beer goes I was amazed how sour it could be with being bitter at all. It was an absolute assault on the sour taste buds. The cigar paring was interesting because it was medium bodied and had no sour notes it tasted well on the other taste buds. The beer was so intense it seemed to intensify the other taste buds. I wouldn't do it again but it wasn't a wasted cigar either.
