We are getting hammered out east as I write this. Luckily I made it home last night so I was snowed in today. I was out trying to clear paths to the cows water and feed and you could literally die out there! I damn near got frostbite on my face.
The wind is blowing about 35mph and almost white out conditions. The snow is light right now with about 7 inches accumilation but they are talking a bunch starting this afternoon and into tomorrow. If it does snow alot and the wind keeps up, this will be worse than last week out here were we are at!

Stay warm and good luck, but seriously, I'm not worried, you are a MAN afterall and you'll get by.

Hopefully the livestock can weather.

Seems as if Colorado is getting everything the Midwest usually gets combined.

I haven't seen more than half an inch total this year.

Ok, so it was about 40*F outside last night when I came home (around 11pm), and I woke up this morning, less than twelve hours later, with six fresh inches of snow! It's still blizzarding, too. We're just not getting any kind of a break!

Man thats a lot of snow fast. The only thing to do is batten down the hatches and stay safe.

Halon I hope you have stocked in a big supply of cigars. If not we will try and arrange a helicopter drop like others in your state.
