Dammit! We are getting hammered out east as I write this. Luckily I made it home last night so I was snowed in today. I was out trying to clear paths to the cows water and feed and you could literally die out there! I damn near got frostbite on my face.
The wind is blowing about 35mph and almost white out conditions. The snow is light right now with about 7 inches accumilation but they are talking a bunch starting this afternoon and into tomorrow. If it does snow alot and the wind keeps up, this will be worse than last week out here were we are at!
Man thats a lot of snow fast. The only thing to do is batten down the hatches and stay safe.Ok, so it was about 40*F outside last night when I came home (around 11pm), and I woke up this morning, less than twelve hours later, with six fresh inches of snow! It's still blizzarding, too. We're just not getting any kind of a break!
