 I am not a fan of lanceros. The other day I had a Tat Black and let me tell you I nubbed that thing. Didn't want it to end. I'm still not a fan of lanceros, but I did go back to one of the local B&M and bought several more sticks. So my question to the forum, what has made you changed your mind, maybe it's one particular cigar or blend, that you'll only smoke in a certain size, but otherwise you avoid them with a ten foot pole. I'm still not crazy about lanceros but watch out if I get near another Tat black!

When I was still finding my likes and dislikes. I ordered a box on mi Amor by accident. I ment to order a standard la aroma de Cuba. The first one almost killed me with the pepper bomb. Especially ROTT. By the time I finished the box. I really liked the pepper. And now prefer a touch of spice in my sticks.

Crowned Heads Four Kicks.
I think it's easy to get caught up chasing the limiteds and pushing the boundary on what you'd spend on a cigar but these are regular production, great value and taste as good as anything in my cooler. So they just made me rethink my preferences for not spending much or having a ridiculous chase to get something I know I'll love.

Did you ever try the taa lancero version? I was do disappointed, my BM even had em at by 2 get one free a few months back
It didn't taste the same to me, I think they needed time. The lonsdale was the only one I absolutely loved. I was disappointed in the TAA though, it could have been much better.

There's three cigars that I believe I can pinpoint as being true game changers for me, first up the My Father Le Bijou petite robusto. That was the cigar that began my palate maturation. The next one would be the Tatuaje 2013 noella Reserva. To this day one of my favorite sticks.
Third would be Viaje DES II-the first time I realized that a cigar didn't necessarily need to knock my head off to blow my mind.

The first one to really open my eyes to what the wide world of cigars had to offer, was the AB MAXX.
The most recent to do so was the Dippy 2.
Biggest game changer along that path, was probably my first Undercrown.
