Man I guess I'm doing pretty good! Lol I work for a large company ( say 25k + employees worldwide) but there is no smoking policy. It's very basic, single or family. Lol they use blue cross for their insurance ATM.

Urine test showed .280, insurance company (Kaiser) considered it 'SECOND HAND.' BTW, I average 2 a day. My premium did not increase at all.

"Tobacco means all tobacco products including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars and chewing tobacco. You should only check the "yes" box above if tobacco was used more than 4 times per week on average (excluding religious and ceremonial use) within the past 6 months by someone of legal age to purchase tobacco in the state of residence."
Picking out a cigar from the humidor, unwrapping it, smelling it, sitting down with a drink, cutting, lighting, smoking and relaxing counts as a "ceremony" in my book.

I'm retired and on Medicare.
I smoke pipes and cigars and I find no questions on tobacco use.
I tell my liberal friends to redo the national seal and take the tobacco leaf off.
I also ride motorcycles and have never been asked about that during my 41 years of work.
I'm sorry that you'al are affected by restrictions.

A reduced number. The main one is a lawyer. I moved to NH from Mi and the liberals here are different.

Terrible advice to lie on a health insurance form. TERRIBLE! Do you love you're family? Because their the ones who will suffer because you wanted to save freaking $40 a damn year. How much have you spent on cigars this week? C'mon...we all know insurance companies do everything they can to not pay claims. You die, toxicology shows nicotine...boom your family is SOL on life insurance they would no doubt count on. Seriously to all the people who said "deny it" "just say no" ...etc, you may want to rethink your strategy...at the very least halt giving out dogshit advice.
