Man I guess I'm doing pretty good! Lol I work for a large company ( say 25k + employees worldwide) but there is no smoking policy. It's very basic, single or family. Lol they use blue cross for their insurance ATM.
Picking out a cigar from the humidor, unwrapping it, smelling it, sitting down with a drink, cutting, lighting, smoking and relaxing counts as a "ceremony" in my book."Tobacco means all tobacco products including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars and chewing tobacco. You should only check the "yes" box above if tobacco was used more than 4 times per week on average (excluding religious and ceremonial use) within the past 6 months by someone of legal age to purchase tobacco in the state of residence."
You have liberal friends?I'm retired and on Medicare.
I smoke pipes and cigars and I find no questions on tobacco use.
I tell my liberal friends to redo the national seal and take the tobacco leaf off.
I also ride motorcycles and have never been asked about that during my 41 years of work.
I'm sorry that you'al are affected by restrictions.
