Sbux Christmas Espresso Roast this morning. Not normally a big fan of Starbucks coffees, but this was a gift and it's pretty tasty.

I hate their house blend, but their Pike Place is good.

Now you need a burr grinder for a more even grind. Lol. You can use a normal grinder, but the burr grinder is more even and generally gives better results. I need to dust off my French press, but have become addicted to my pour over. With the French press, a coarse grind is your friend.
