I did a blend 50-50 of the Brazilian and Ethiopian and have been running that through the espresso machine. They are each good on their own, but together they are really fantastic!

Roasted up this morning enjoying now.
It's my second lb. I've roasted of it and I have 5 more so... The flavors are defiantly in my wheelhouse with sugar and nut. Could be my everyday roast.
Twin Engine's Cuban Coffee blend.
Same here. The fruity blends seem too light to me. I prefer dark roasted beans with a "heavy" flavor.

Gevalia on a day to day basis, it's reasonably priced and not awful. Though when money allows I order various blends from millcoffee.com . I used to live in that area and their coffee is top notch. They import the beans from around the world and roast them in house, great stuff.

The best coffee is fresh coffee imo. Try to find a local roaster and look for a light roast for a milder tasting coffee.Question. I'm looking for something for Xmas for my mom. She loves coffee but hasn't stepped into the REAL coffee world. Can someone recommend a blend and place to buy from? Needs to be at least roasted
