Sounds really good. I've actually gotten "banana" along with the baker's chocolate in some Ethiopians. That's probably very close to the tropical fruit you mentioned.I couldn't wait and just brewed a cup in the French press. While tomorrow and the next day's cups will be better, this is fantastic stuff. Along with the bakers chocolate there is a tropical fruit thing going on that is very pleasant. I haven't had many Ethiopians due to a bad experience with a local roasters offering, but knowing how to roast to my tastes I will be stocking up now. As the picture shows the chaff did not want to let go very well but despite the rustic/rough appearance I'm loving it
If I had the coin I would snag a Behmor in an instant... I get excellent results on my stove, but it is very manualGotta get me a roaster. That's gonna make my little bride happy I'll bet!
Ethiopian is my go to now!Camp 4 Coffee Ethiopian. Mmmm
You probably already know... https://www.sweetmarias.com/Some cheap 8oclock Brazilian coffee ran through my espresso machine. Not awful but will be ordering green coffee in a bit to get back to drinking the fresh, good stuff
