Ok. That makes more sense. Have you considered putting them in a stocking instead? You're able to access more surface area of the beads, and you don't have to worry about them spilling.
True, just never got around to it. Been in a dish bowl ever since I started with beads. If I come across some stocking, I'll give it a try

I'm not humidity expert (although I play one on BOTL) but I don't think you should do that. Beads are fine but should not be soaking wet.
Ok, let me clarify... my wording probably wasn't best in my original post.

Beads aren't dripping wet... I spritz water over them (maybe three spritz out of my DW water bottle).

Just haven't gotten around to putting them in a stocking or mesh baggy. The little bowls are what I had on hand at the time.

Regardless, this method has been giving me a 65-68% RH reading. Cheers :)

I'm right there with you brother. I am a few months in and my ~80 count tupperdore stays full. I'm hoping Uncle Sam decides to use lube this year and I'll have some leftover to get a tower and be done with it. Coolidors appeal to me but I have no where to store them where my wife won't scoff at them.

why would you think a tower would be enough? I'm not saying it won't be but if you're going that quickly into this, it might not be.

I'd handle it then I guess. My options are more tupperdores, wineador, or tower as I see it. Only place to store something large is out in a main room. That means my wife wants it pretty/presentable. I considered a wineador but they only store so much. If the tower isn't enough then I guess I'd supplement with tupperdores crammed in closets.
