Sage advice right here! ^^^ Love me the Boveda system...bovedas dont generate kitty litter dust.
Maybe I'm confused.. Ziploc to hold the KL? It would hold in dust but it also wouldn't regulate rh in the wino..I'd use a ziploc container man. guarantee yourself no dust. That's what I have mine set up with.
I'm talking the gladware container type things. Without the lid of course.Maybe I'm confused.. Ziploc to hold the KL? It would hold in dust but it also wouldn't regulate rh in the wino..

RH is higher at the top or so people say.It all makes sense now!!
Just put the first few sticks into the wino. Pretty cool to have sticks in there now i can probably put my entire stash in there with room to spare, but I'm not going to do that until i get my drawers in May. Don't want to have to move everything back to the cooler while I season the new trays.
I'm consistently 2% lower RH on the bottom than the top. Which is strange to me. Only thing I can think is the drain plug, but i taped the living hell out of it. No way it can be that..
Thanks man. I always thought it was the other way around.RH is higher at the top or so people say.
You might want to ask people who put 3 or 4 hygros in their humis. Thanks man. I always thought it was the other way around.
I've got 2 in mine. Planning on putting a third when I get my drawers. You might want to ask people who put 3 or 4 hygros in their humis.
No, there's a when I'm being a wise guy. There are people who have 3 or 4 in theirs, so they would know more. I have one (if that in mine)I've got 2 in mine. Planning on putting a third when I get my drawers.
Or are you just being a wise guy now? I can never tell.
My RH is a bit lower up top. Thanks man. I always thought it was the other way around.
Ha, gotcha! well thanksNo, there's a when I'm being a wise guy. There are people who have 3 or 4 in theirs, so they would know more. I have one (if that in mine)
I have 2 fans circulating the air 12 minutes every hour. Is this why it's lower RH at the bottom vs the top? Granted it's not much. I'm just trying to wrap my brain around this is all.Heat rises so it should be a degree or two warmer at the top of your wineadore. And warmer air can hold more moisture, so if you don't have fans circulating air the rh should be slightly lower at the top of your wineadore. At least it works that way in mine.
