Boxes or no boxes?

Like others I tend to move the cigars out of the box into a drawer when it's less than 50% full. Further I move all of the BM box purchases to one drawer so I still know what I want to bring to the lounge.

I get rid of the band and any other paper stuff in it as soon as I buy the box. Anything that hinders me getting in the box and grabbing a cigar bothers me. I do leave the Fuente humidor packs in the boxes if they come with one though.

I have one wino for boxes and one for singles. I'm buying more boxes now so I will have to adjust things. I empty the boxes when they get below half full.

I stopped with storing boxes in my wino. I found it effects the circulation , and my rh from tier to tier varies when I store boxes in there. Easy enough to empty out.

You're going to play tetris regardless. I just loaded up my new drawers with sticks and they go three deep. If I want a bottom layer drawer, it's 10 minutes of fixing the mess I just created.

Either way, you're playing tetris so do what is best for you!

For all of you guys that have a drawer set-up in your winos...do you prefer to leave your cigars in boxes and play tetris? Or do you prefer to remove the boxes and store them in the drawers? This question is purely out of my own curiosity.

Everyone told me that when buying boxes I didn't need drawers, but I think I prefer to pull sticks from the boxes and put them in drawers to maximize my usage of space. So for me right now, I have about half and half. I keep some in the boxes, and I break others down out of the boxes and load them up in the drawers.
