About time, those other guys suck.

Buckle up, folks. It’s finally time for Stacey David to get back in the driver’s seat of some incredible rides for his new show, Stacey David’s GearZ. But he won’t be in that driver’s seat until he takes care of some much needed modification—Stacey style!

Beginning in March, ESPN2 will be airing Stacey David’s GearZ three times a week. You can catch the first episode on Saturday morning, March 31, 2007. And man, will it be worth the wait! Stacey has some eye-popping projects in his sights that include hotrods, trucks and even the occasional two-wheeler. And in case you’re wondering, the answer is yes! You can count on Stacey to put everything he builds to the test in the awesome, teeth-chattering, adrenaline- pumping test drives he’s famous for.

There’s so much to this new 30-minute program that you simply won’t want to miss even one minute.

I can't help myself from laughting at a good mullet joke...

I have a lot of respect for Stacey, at least he builds all of his own stuff, and he's a gear head, through and through. All of the projects are started with his own money, and they belong to him when they're done, not the network.

He's shown up to a few Early Bronco events in the Bronc that be built up on Trucks, and has been very good to the community.

I never knew he used his own funds and that each project was his.

I really liked his Crazy Horse build

He also did some great Diesel tune-ups where the trucks were just beasts

Yea, that one was cool.

He did this other sport truck that was pretty bad-ass but I forget the name of it

Uh, I didn't! :eyepoke:

That Tomb Raider Jeep buildup was lame-as-hell...the entire online Jeep community laughed our collective asses off at both the cheezy movie version and the "budget" knockoff he built.

YMMV, of course...the folks who were laughing were Jeep geeks, so we were looking at it from a functioinal point of view, not an aesthetic one.

What about the old Chevy C-2 (I hope that's right) that was orange and a bad ass truck! It was just awesome what he did with it.

Aestheticly it looked good to me. I'm sure it was good for some light offroading but heavy?, no.

You have to remember, it was for a high school kids first jeep and he clearly stated it was for driving to school and the opportunity to do some light trail riding.

You jeep geek!

This reminds me, I've been wanting to see some pics of your rig

It's in pieces right now, but Frank is almost done putting it back together. I'll take pics after all the work is done.

Oh, and I *think* he might even be knocking one of the dents out (but only 'cause he has to for the new tail lights).
