I need some advice with my humidor. I seasoned it for 14 days using the 84% Boveda seasoning packs and i removed them after the period and my hygrometer was reading 78%. I replaced the packs with (3) 69% bovedas Saturday morning and shut the lid. Sunday morning (24 hours later) i checked the hygrometer and it is reading 72% what should I do....since it is a wooden humidor I was expecting the reading to be no higher than 69%.
Just some background info, the hygrometer was calibrated using the Boveda calibration kit and it was dead nuts on.
The humidor is a medium Ashton Savoy 25-50 count and the seal passed the dollar bill test.
Should I wait another day before putting my cigars into it?
Any advice is appreciated
