Looks like that Corojo Oscuro ... but smoother than I've ever been able to get it.
My kinda shape. Love it. You have a mold for that?

That mold was had on eBay.

Is that mold one of the plastic ones I've seen on there? If so they look pretty good. Wish I knew someone with a 3d printer..lol.

Whipped up some robustos using the mold I recently acquired through trade with @webmost. I'm really enjoying working with the CT shade wrapper leaf Willy gave me. I'm gonna have to break down and test one early to see how the wrapper is, waiting is killing me.

Most likely. I can't seem to find much at the moment. There is this. fairtradetobacco.com Box-Press-super-easy-mold!
These started out as finished 6 by 50 parejo cigars made with a round mold. before they started drying, they went into the box inserts while out of the box. Each set of inserts filled with cigars went between the exteriors of two molds and pressed flat for 6 hours, taken out of the press, left too rest for 10 hours in the humi, and put in the press again for 4 hours then but in the dress box.
The ones below on the left are authentic and said to be 52 and 54 rg, the ones on the right are mine.

Here's the photos for an easy to make square press. You can tightly press it for several days and it will come out almost square. I prefer the softer edge that MarcL does using his time parameters.
