Took up cigars when I retired in June and still trying to make sense of it all....
Tonight I sat under a clear, cool Seattle sky in my backyard to observe the Geminids meteor shower with with what I think is the best cigar I had available - a Montecristo White Special #1. But no matter the brand, the cigar charged the experience, much like having a good conversation with a friend, and I was able to focus my time and my thoughts like few other recent times. Maybe I’ll get the hang of this yet.

I think it's interesting how Booth and Caldwell are a couple of the most smack-talked guys in the biz, but yet everyone seemed gaga over this collaboration.
Caldwell brought it on himself due to the construction issues with his brand

(Also... this guy ain't gaga over that release  )

Went to the shop last night.

The protocol was interesting, kinda sweet at first. The Roma Craft was bitter, though I think that’s my humidor being a bit dry. I’m working on leveling that out to a better humidity. I finished with the undercrown shade. Always a good smoke.
