Haha, shiiiit. You think you're so funny.Ask @Glassman he’s got the best research on this
With my limited experience. My first, and only, thought was Upmann as well.Consistency is NOT Cuba's middle name. I find inconsistencies in every marca, and more luck finding consistency within a vitola than within a brand as a whole.
That being said, if hard pressed my first thought is H. Upmann.
love them dearly. What do you think about Montecristo and Hoyo?
Best answer is: Padron. What do you think that which brand and which cigars are the most consistent from box to box?
I find Monte's to be terribly inconsistent. My Monte #4s pre-2015 were mostly great, my post 2015 ones have been mostly crap. And don't even get me started on Monte #2s.What do you think about Montecristo and Hoyo?
You should show @Jfire your vast documentation of Habanos issues
I tagged him because apparently he has a lot of experience with them...You should show @Jfire your vast documentation of Habanos issues
Cigars from all over the world are variable over years of production. Don't let chuck get under your skin. And @Jfire is correct.I tagged him because apparently he has a lot of experience with them...
But that statement is absurd.
You don't have to have smoked many at all to know that is ridiculous.
They vary vastly in flavor, density, color, and probably every other factor you can think of. I love them but consistency is not their strong suit.
And before you even start, your comments over the last year in "What CC" and "CC purchase" are exhibit A. So get off it.
Exhibit B are everyone else's comments and experiences.
Your ability to word things to maximum infuriation value, yet manage not to get kicked, is truly impressive.
"I'm not touching you!"
The only one you're making look foolish is yourself.
Definitely try and see if you can inspect a box of elegantes tho. Some look super terrible
Final update... great blend on this code. SOM ARB 17.
If you’re willing to gamble 7-10 bucks on a smoke ROTT... do it, JMHO
I had a similar experience with the choix supreme.. 08 boxes were lovely. Recent 15-17 stuff.. junk.
My 15s are the same way. Don’t think I’d buy another
I agree with this and add that they need a couple months to settle down from shipping to even have a chance to be consistent. A few years rest really helps with consistency also.Keep them all at 63-66RH and they are all consistent.
